job role:

the main role of field team leader is to ensure that engineers are following daily plan to attend service requests in his designated area within tat with productivity.  shall ensure all service calls are resolved in time - shall ensure to give effective plan to fse to resolve with maximum productivity. - shall periodically monitor the fse day was executed as per the plan. - shall provide guidance and resource to engineer to attend his day plan.  shall be responsible for organizing timely servicing of faulty products with required quality of service at nodal centre. - shall prepare plans for service engineer depending on the priority.. - shall ensure that the service team is properly trained. - shall ensure that the proper in fracture is available and maitainined well. - shall ensure that all servicing is being carried out as per the service process flow, and all the records are maintained  shall be responsible for material & money accounting. - shall ensure proper material accounting in the service center and shall provide timely reports. - shall ensure all the financial transactions are carried out as per the accounting procedures and shall provide all the accounting reports required by the ho.  shall be responsible for developing the department. - shall ensure all the department infrastrure is well maintained through a maintenance system. - shall ensure that competent people, which include timely recruitment and training, manage all the positions. - shall maintain all the department systems as required by iatf/16949
