Field Service Engineer
1. Shall be responsible for day plan accounding to open servcie calls.
2.Shall ensure that tat is being followed when making day plan.
3.Shall inform customer a day before regarding the visit next day for the service of the product.
4.Shall ensure to attend maximum calls per day.
5. Shall discuss with tl and change day plan to make it more productive. A. Shall ensure that right rm is available to attend service. B. Shall ensure that service will be done in correct way with the help of trouble shooting charts.
6. Shall ensure to update accurate service report while attending service calls.
7. Shall escalate to field tl/sqm if the product is beyond repair or technical support required for doing service.
8. Shall submit travel report daily at the end of day.
8. Shall travel within the company travel policy and collect and submit all bills in time for claiming expenses.
