Job Description: Survey & Servicing.
Position: Field Executive .
Location: Ambala,Yamunanagar.
Overview: A Survey and Servicing as Field Executive is responsible for conducting surveys, collecting data, and ensuring services are provided to clients. They may visit locations, assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records. The role involves strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle customer queries on-site.
Skills:
• Survey & Data Collection: Conduct field surveys and gather accurate data.
• On-Site Service: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during visits.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of surveys and service activities.
• Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
• Time Management: Manage field visits efficiently, completing tasks on time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Surveys: Visit client locations to collect data and conduct surveys as per the requirements.
• Provide On-Site Service: Troubleshoot, repair, or maintain products and services, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Document survey results, service reports, and client feedback accurately.
• Client Interaction: Address client queries, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships.
• Task Management: Prioritize and manage field tasks, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Working Schedule:
• Working Days: 6 Days
• Additional Hours: Employees may need to work on Sundays in case of emergencies; however, Sunday work will be compensated with a day off the following week.
Compensation:
• In-hand Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• Benefit: After the salary, the company will cover the petrol expenses.
