Field Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the deployment and execution of smart metering activities across assigned locations.
- Manage a team of technicians and ensure work is completed as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company protocols, and compliance with client requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-ground issues.
- Liaise with clients, project management teams, and other stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
- Maintain documentation for daily work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
- Train and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure productivity.
- Survey, Installation and commissioning of smart meters at field using Workforce management Application.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma/ ITI in Electrical or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project supervision (preferably in metering, utility, or power sector).
- Good knowledge of smart metering installation and configuration processes.
- Proficient in MS Office tools for reporting and documentation.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to remote areas.
