Appointment Terms

§ Designation – (Apprentice/OJT Training), Approved by MHRD.

§ Duration – 01 x 02 = 02 Years.

§ 2 Years contract.

Trainee Benefits

1.     8 hours work shift (Rotational).

2.     Continuous technical & behavioural trainings and assessments

3.     Coverage under WCI/Accidental insurance, GMC during the duration of training.

4.     Retention bonus of 20,000 (on completion).

Eligibility Criteria

1.     Completed or Pursuing ITI with a minimum of 60% marks.

2.     18-22 years of age at the time of joining;

3.     Successfully cleared Video/Virtual Interview.

Important Information

§ Candidates must carry originals of their 10th/, 12TH and ITI marksheet (all semesters), Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card along with 2 Copies of Passport size photographs.

§ Candidates should not come from undesirable/ blacklisted areas of the industry partner.
