We at Raina Engineers looking for a skilled ITI Turner to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating lathe machines and turning tools to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Operate lathe machines to fabricate, modify, or repair metal and non-metal parts.
2. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.
3. Select appropriate cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials for machining.
4. Set up and adjust machine controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, and coolant flow.
5. Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
6. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
7. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
8. Maintain accurate production records and logs.
