Location: Baliyali, Haryana
Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts
Job Description: We are hiring ITI and Diploma freshers to join our solar panel module manufacturing unit in Baliyali, Haryana. The role involves assisting in the production, assembly, and quality inspection of solar modules. Full training will be provided on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor solar panel manufacturing machines.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of solar modules.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report equipment issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Ability to work in 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Willingness to relocate to Baliyali, Haryana.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
