Salary: ₹12,668 per month (In Hand).

Job Overview:

D&H Sécheron Electrodes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production. This role requires candidates with ITI qualifications in relevant trades such as Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or Welder, MMV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production processes.
• Set up machinery and ensure it is functioning correctly.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Ensure the proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: ITI in Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or Welder.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on machines for long hours and handle physical tasks.
• Other Skills: Good teamwork, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
