Fuselage Innovations is seeking a skilled and certified Drone Pilot to join our team. As a Drone Pilot, you will play a key role in executing agricultural and industrial drone missions, supporting our mission of advancing precision agriculture and technology-driven farming solutions. You will conduct safe, efficient aerial operations for crop surveillance, spraying, mapping, and data collection, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality in line with our company's values.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Execution: Conduct UAV operations, including aerial spraying, mapping, surveillance, and data collection, in both agricultural and industrial settings.

• Mission Planning: Coordinate and prepare flight plans, ensuring optimal routes and compliance with local airspace regulations and safety protocols.

• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on drones and related equipment to ensure peak performance and operational safety.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including pre-flight inspections, checklists, and post-flight reports, to guarantee safe and effective operations.

• Data Collection and Analysis: Capture and manage data effectively, assisting in data-driven decision-making for clients. Work with agronomy and AI teams to analyze and report on crop health, growth patterns, and pest management insights.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients during field operations to provide guidance, explain procedures, and answer any questions related to drone applications and the benefits of UAV technology.

• Documentation and Reporting: Complete flight logs, incident reports, and maintenance documentation as required by Fuselage Innovations and regulatory authorities.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in UAV technology, software, and industry best practices, and attend training sessions as needed.Qualifications and Skills:

• Drone Pilot Certification from a recognized authority (DGCA or equivalent) with a minimum of 2+ years of UAV piloting experience, preferably in agriculture or industrial applications.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of UAV equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Experience with Mapping and Analytics Software: Familiarity with GIS, mapping software, and agriculture-specific analytics tools is highly advantageous.

• Understanding of Agricultural Practices: Background or interest in precision agriculture, crop management, and sustainable farming practices.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in the field and adapt to changing environments.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members on-site.
