Welcome to shramin.com (site), a portal for jobseekers, employers and training partners. Our terms and conditions are applicable to all kinds of users, whether you post a job to hire the candidates or apply for a job to get hired. Use of this site bounds your unconditional acceptance of below given terms, policies and guidelines.
Payment terms and conditions:
ShramIN portal offers services for purchase. By making an In-App purchase, you agree to accept the payment terms mentioned during the payment process. By choosing your payment mode, you authorize us to charge you according to your payment method
All payments are made 100% in advance. If we fail to receive your payment, you will remain deprived of all the premium offerings we promise on the site or you need to pay all due sum on our demand.
Your action to delete the account or mobile application from the device will not affect your purchased services.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Our paid services are nonrefundable and can not be cancelled after you make the payment. Our services are only available for blue and grey collar jobs. If you post any job including trade that is not mentioned in our list of trades, the job will get disapproved and the payment will not be refunded. You need to post another job to continue our services. If there will be any technical issue in your payment process, where your amount gets deducted but you fail to see paid services activation, your deducted amount will be refunded in your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company

Termination:
If we may find any violation of the above given agreement, we hold the right to terminate the user's access. We reserve the right to inspect and decide whether the content posted on the site violates any agreement of the company due to any reason, including spam, scam or any kind of unprofessional behavior, etc. We at any point prior to any notice can remove the content from our site or app, can if required will take action to terminate the user's account for sending/ posting violating content on the platform.
